Peggy's Cove Area Festival of Arts Pop-Up Show & Sale

Fifty artist members of the Peggy’s Cove Area Art Society are participating in the third annual
Pop-Up Art Show and Sale at The Prow Gallery in Bishop’s Landing, 1479 Lower Water Street, in
Halifax over the May long weekend.
Work in a wide variety of media will be represented including oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel,
ceramics as well as textiles.
This event showcases the work of artists from the Peggy’s Cove Area including St. Margaret’s
Bay, Tantallon, Hubley and Prospect, in advance of the annual Peggy’s Cove Area Festival of the
Arts celebrated in July since 2011.
The Pop-Up runs from Thursday, May 15 to Sunday May 18.
11am to 7pm Thursday
10am to 5pm Friday and Saturday
11am to 4pm Sunday.
Artist Reception is 4-7pm on Thursday, May 15. All are welcome to attend – artists will be in
attendance.
