You are warmly invited to attend an opening reception for a retrospective exhibit that will celebrate two decades of creativity at ViewPoint Gallery. The opening reception will take place at ViewPoint Gallery, 1475 Bedford Highway, on Thursday, September 2, 6-9 pm.
Looking Back Twenty Years will present a sampling of the 240 exhibits that ViewPoint Gallery has hosted since opening its doors in July of 2000. The retrospective will include images by 40 artists from solo exhibits at ViewPoint in the last 20 years, as well as rack cards, show posters, and original prints from group and collaborative exhibits. The work will provide a chronological journey through the gallery’s impressive and wide-ranging exhibition history.
This is a unique opportunity to take a walk through ViewPoint Gallery’s past and to celebrate two decades of fine art photography in Nova Scotia.
Looking Back Twenty Years will be on display from September 2 until October 31, 2021. The Gallery is open Thursday-Sunday, from 12-5pm. ViewPoint is located at 1475 Bedford Highway next to Cora’s Restaurant.
Please visit ViewPoint’s website for details about the artists’ talks.
