Participants in the 2023 Viewpoint Gallery youth camp will be engaged in a in a wide range of creative and technical activities/exercises/experiences through a week of hands-on learning, and experimentation. By the end of the week, campers will understand exposure, lighting, non-traditional photography, critique, and alternative image-making processes.
After the camp participants will be able to carry forward what they have learned into their own photographic practices and make thoughtful images with any camera. The camp will include photo walks, art gallery visits, alternative printing, exhibition preparation, and more!
