Dwell, the latest collection of paintings from Nova Scotian artist Shelley Mansel, is opening on Thursday, September 14, 5:00-8:00pm at The Prow Gallery, 1479 Lower Water Street, Bishop’s Landing, Halifax. The artist will be in attendance and all are welcome to attend! Paid parking is available on the street or in the Salter Lot next door.
