Andy Evansen is a celebrated watercolor artist whose mastery of

ally. Andy is not only an exceptional watercolourist, but brings
with him a well earned reputation as a fabulous instructor for
those of us wanting more knowledge and skill in Plein Air
painting. His approach to simplifying subject matter into unique
