Guysborough Arts Festival 2026 – Call for Artists

Theme: In Good Company – celebrating community, connection, and neighbours.

The festival is seeking creative, bold artwork to serve as the official visual identity for 2026. The winning design will appear on posters, merchandise, signage, and digital promotions throughout the year.

Artwork requirements:

– Simple, bold design with a maximum of 3 solid colours

– Clear at all sizes (from ½ inch to full poster)

– Vector artwork preferred; no gradients or fine detail

Submission: Email your artwork with your name and contact info to info@artworkseast.ca. A short statement about your design is optional.

Selection process: Community voting will narrow entries; the Top 3 are reviewed by the festival committee and guest judges.

Prize: $300 DeSerres gift card, festival merchandise featuring the winning design, and full credit across festival promotions.
