New work by Inga Girčytė & Amanda Rhodenizer
November 20-24
Opening reception: November 20, 6-9pm
Location: Cherry Reef, 7745 Highway 331, Cherry Hill

What You Do To Me brings together recent works by a newcomer to Canada (Girčytė), and a descendant of settlers (Rhodenizer), both based in Lunenburg County, Mi’kma’ki/NS. Through painting and sculpture they explore issues related to climate collapse and bioconnectivity, each through the lens of their personal experiences. Both artists have created new bodies of work that reflect on the deepening and overlapping crises of our time in a world where creation and destruction seem to chase each other at ever-accelerating speeds.

10% of sales will go to Ele Elna Elak (What’s Ours is Yours), supporting emergency relief in Gaza.

Viewing hours:
Saturday, November 21, 10-5pm
Sunday November 22, 10-5pm
Monday, Tuesday (23, 24) by appointment.
